Course Overview

This one-hour, instructor-led training webinar reviews the new WorldShare® ILL borrowing management center, an alternative view of the OCLC WorldShare® ILL interface, which streamlines the communication and processing of requests among members of a group.  

This course is for ILL borrowing management centers. An ILL borrowing management center is a library that acts as a requesting agent, to request ILL items on behalf of other libraries in their group or consortium.

Audience

The training webinar is intended for ILL borrowing management centers - libraries that submit and process requests on behalf of other libraries in their group.
