Course Overview

This course provides an introduction to OCLC as a cooperative membership organization. It provides an overview of the governance structure and what it means to be a member of the cooperative. This course also provides guidance on communicating with OCLC, and using the available self service tools and resources to gain the most from membership in the cooperative and use your products and services effectively.


This course is intended for directors, department heads and any staff of OCLC member libraries or potential member libraries.
