Training

Your OCLC-affiliated regional network or service center, your international distributor, or OCLC provides OCLC ILL Direct Request training. You must have a thorough knowledge of your system's ILL module or Web interface prior to attending the training.

Scope of training

Training may include (but is not limited to):

• Determining which ILL Direct Request options can be applied to your workflow
• Using worksheets to help define profiles
• Using the ILL Direct Request profile Web page
• Creating Custom Holdings paths used in profiles
• Using ILL enhancements developed for Review File records to enhance workflow
