Electronic Data Exchange (EDX) support

Electronic Data Exchange (EDX) is a method libraries use to exchange bibliographic records with OCLC using File Transfer Protocol. Unlike other exchange methods, EDX allows you to send or receive multiple files at one time.

To participate, please contact OCLC or complete the EDX Assessment Form.

For posting or retrieval details, please see the EDX User Guide.

Note: Using your OCLC authorization and password, you may also retrieve files through OCLC Product Services Web, a product support Web site. If you choose this method, it is not necessary to complete the EDX Assessment Form.

We are a worldwide library cooperative, owned, governed and sustained by members since 1967. Our public purpose is a statement of commitment to each other—that we will work together to improve access to the information held in libraries around the globe, and find ways to reduce costs for libraries through collaboration.
