12.1 Exporting Analysis Results
You can download the current spreadsheet view as a tab-delimited text file which can then be imported into applications such as Microsoft® Excel.
To export a table view:

12.2 Exporting a Title List
Bibliographic information is displayed as a List of Brief Records. You can download this list as a tab-delimited text file which can then be imported into applications such as Microsoft® Excel.
These fields (when present) are exported to the .txt file:

To export these records:

12.3 Export a graph
Use your browser's Save Picture As.. or Save Image As.. function to save the graph to a file. You can save the graph as either a .JPG or .BMP file. If you want to use the image in an HTML file, select .JPG in Step 2c below.
Before you begin: If the graph is larger than your screen, use the Smaller 
icon to reduce the width of the graph.the resulting file.

| 2 | Within the save dialog box: a. In the Save in: field, navigate to the directory in which you want to save the file. b. Optional: Rename the file. c. Select a file type from the Save as type: drop-down menu. d. Select the Save button. Result: The save dialog box closes and the graph is saved to your directory . |
Importing the resulting file. To import the file into a third-party application, follow the applicaiton's instructions.
