Summary of techniques and examples for using OCLC Connexion (client or browser interface) to search for WorldCat records.

  "Operator guidelines"
  • Added a guideline that you can include words used as Boolean and proximity operators (and, not, or, with, near) as keywords in a search by enclosing them in quotation marks
  "Truncation and wildcard guidelines"
  • Added a guideline that the truncation symbol (*) is supported for Bengali, Davanagari, Tamil, and Thai scripts only; you can use browsing (natural truncation) for other non-Latin scripts.
