In the resulting drop-down list, select Edit Customer.

Result: The User Lookup and Edit screen appears.

In the Search for Customer area, enter one or more search terms and select the Search button.

Result: The area to the right becomes populated with users who information match your search term(s).

Double-click on a UserName.

Result: The remainder of the screen becomes populated with information for your selected patron.
