United States Daylight Savings Time Changes in 2007US regions that do not observe Daylight Savings Time, including most of Arizona, Hawaii, and several territories, do not need to adjust anything due to these changes. The technical note only applies to US regions where Daylight Savings Time is observed. Starting in 2007, the United States is changing the dates during which Daylight Savings Time is observed. Daylight Savings Time will start at 2 AM on the second Sunday of March and end at 2 AM on the first Sunday of November. EZproxy obtains its Daylight Savings Time information directly from the operating system, so no update to EZproxy is required due to this change.
