The User Guide has been updated to reflect enhancements installed in August 2006. Enhancements include improved export functionality, additional fields and subfields available for editing (field 526; more subfields in field 852), and the option to expand/collaps fields on the Catalog screen. For this revision, numerous minor updates and corrections have been incorporated throughout the Guide.

Chapter 1 of the User Guide has been updated to include information on new export options for CatExpress users who obtain MARC records by exporting to an online file and then downloading files of exported records. Users can specify fields to delete from exported bibliographic records, set up a default file name for downloaded files, and determine whether export files are created for each authorization or for all authorizations associated with the same institution. Some minor updates and corrections have been made in chapter 2, as well.
