Erin Hood

Research Assistant

Erin joined OCLC Research in 2008. She graduated from Otterbein College in 2001 with a BA in Religion and in 2009 from Kent State University with a Master's in Library and Information Science. With OCLC, Erin has worked for Lynn Silipigni Connaway on many projects in various roles including data mining, user studies and virtual reference services, and has also worked on the OCLC Web site.

Erin's other current interests are in Web page development and creation and Web 2.0 developments and advancements.
