Carol Hickey

Research Support Specialist

Carol A. Hickey is a Research Support Specialist at OCLC. She is a member of a team with interests in knowledge organization and terminology services. She works on mapping and enhancing vocabularies and assists with the evaluation of prototypes and advanced development efforts.

Carol earned a Master of Library Science degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
