Alyssa Darden assists Research Scientist Lynn Connaway for the activity "Cyber Synergy: Seeking Sustainability through Collaboration between Virtual Reference and Social Q&A Sites."

Alyssa holds a B.A. in English with an Emphasis in TESOL from Wright State University and is currently a graduate student at the Kent State University School of Library and Information Science.
