Titia van der Werf Named OCLC Research Senior Program Officer

 
OCLC Research is pleased to announce the appointment of Titia van der Werf as Senior Program Officer, based in OCLC's Leiden office.

Ms. van der Werf is a well-known manager in the cultural heritage sector and a leader in the strategic application of information technology in libraries, archives and museums. As a Senior Program Officer, she will coordinate and extend OCLC Research work throughout Europe and will have special responsibilities for interactions with OCLC Research Library Partners in Europe. She will also represent OCLC in European and international library and cultural heritage venues. Her appointment is effective 1 January 2012.
