Dummy Implementation

A Dummy implementation is included with the OAICat package. This implementation uses hard-coded records and includes very little error checking. If the other implementations included with OAICat aren't suitable for your needs, it may be necessary for you to implement a few classes patterned after the dummy implementation to make it work with your setup. Before doing so, however, contact me because I would like to include as many useful implementations in the OAICat distribution as possible.
