Jon Walker

With over twenty years of experience as a professional librarian, Jon Walker has held a broad range of positions including reference, technical services, information technology, and administration. He is currently the Executive Director of the Pueblo City-County Library District.

He is active in library professional associations, a frequent writer on library issues, and a
member of several community boards and organizations.  Jon earned his Masters of Library and Information Studies from the University of Oklahoma where he studied while on scholarship.  He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Tulsa where he also served as a graduate and research fellow.
