Advance Service Framework Program
Quick facts
Total projects: 2
Scope: Develop a
well-understood foundation for libraries to organize and express their
collective understanding of how library activities should be presented
in changing information environments, apply it in some library,
archive, and museum settings, and develop a consensus-making and
partnering program around its evolution and roll-out.
Projects
- Build on the DLF service framework efforts and the internal OCLC strategy and service framework outcomes to articulate a
library framework that can be widely communicated and discussed within
the relevant communities
- Investigate the usefulness of the library framework
as
a starting place for mapping similarities and differences across
library, archive, and museum domains
