Carole Myles
Member Services Consultant

Carole Myles is a Member Services Consultant serving the eastern US since June 2009. Prior to joining OCLC, Carole was the Head of Reference and Instruction at Assumption College (Worcester, MA) for six years, where her responsibilities included managing e-resources, the library website, and coordinating marketing projects. Other previous information industry positions include management roles at SilverPlatter Information, Books 24x7, Ingenta, and Credo Reference (formerly xrefer).

Carole holds and M.A. in Library and Information Science from Simmons College, Boston, MA and a B.A. in French from Trinity College of Vermont. Carole speaks on a variety of topics including the recently released "Perceptions of Liberties, 2010" report, OCLC member updates, and workflow efficiencies.
