OCLC sponsors Code4Lib 2009
Code4Lib 2009 starts on Monday, Feb. 23, 2009 in Providence, Rhode Island, USA. Hosted by Brown University, the yearly conference attracts developers, coders, programmers and people interested in technology in the context of libraries.
OCLC continues its tradition of supporting the Code4Lib community in sponsoring Code4Lib2009 as a platinum sponsor.

OCLC will also host a daylong preconference session, the OCLC Grid Services Boot Camp which will give attendees a firm grounding in a variety of Web services and APIs available from OCLC such as the WorldCat Search API, xISBN, xISSN, as well as the protocols on which these services are based, such as SRU and REST.
Outcomes and photos from the preconference will be shared on the OCLC Developer Network.
