Held on December 15, 2011, at UCLA's Library, this event featured Gary Strong, University Librarian at UCLA, Char Booth, Instruction Services Manager and E-Learning Librarian at Claremont Colleges, and Lynne Jacobsen, Associate University Librarian for Information Resources, Collections and Scholarly Communication at Pepperdine University. George Needham, Vice President of OCLC Global and Regional Councils, and Library Strategist and Consultant, provided the closing keynote on demonstrating value in a Web-scale world.
