SISIS-InfoGuide
InfoGuide combines the strengths of modern search technology with the advantages of your library's convenient services. Besides offering all the functions of webOPAC, InfoGuide allows users to search external data sources and carry out tiered availability checks with the "Get it" button. Users can use functions such as search, or access their individual user accounts from a single central access point. Users are also offered various functions to choose and customize their environment (MyLibrary) for search access, information sources, search services and user interfaces. The straightforward search access and user interface are structured according to the German Ordinance on the Creation of Barrier-Free Information Technology (BITV), and allow users to use this portal intuitively. In addition to self-service functions (e.g., user account display, extensions, self registration) you can offer your users various options for contributing to your library services, such as reviews and tagging.
