If you are ordering OCLC ILLiad software for installation at a single institution, complete the online order form. Existing licenses can add a satellite site by completing this online order form. If you are a member of a group that has been pre-approved for an OCLC ILLiad group license, your OCLC regional service provider will complete and submit a different form on your behalf.
