Enrichment programme

As part of the EMEA Regional Council Meeting 2013 we are pleased to offer delegates an additional Enrichment Programme which will run prior and following the main conference. We have secured some great tours which you are welcome to join.

There is no charge for any of the tours, but you may be liable for some of the travel costs, this will be confirmed in due course.

Details:
this visit for a group of fifty people includes a tour of the building and a talk about the European Parliament. It is a spectacular building, set along the bank of the river Ile. This is a great opportunity for delegates to gain access to the seat of the European Parliament.

Details:
Two groups of fifteen will be able to take part in a tour of the library conducted in English, and hosted by Philippe Charrier, Director of the Strasbourg public libraries network or Arsène Ott, Deputy Director and Director of the Médiathèque André Malraux.

Details:
A group of twenty will be able to view the historic library, a former Dominican Convent. The tour will be conducted by Mr Hirstein from the Department of Latin Studies, University of Strasbourg, and will include access to an exhibition exploring Humanism in Rhineland, which includes their ancient collection of Fifteenth and Sixteenth Century books. 

To book your place on one or more of the tours, please ensure that you complete the Registration Form.

Please note that spaces on the tours are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you are no longer able to attend once you have received your confirmation, please inform us as soon as possible so that your place may be offered to someone else.
