Debbie represents the needs of OCLC member libraries by providing leadership as a delegate to OCLC's Global Council since 2010. She also serves on OCLC Canada's Advisory Council. Debbie will open this event by sharing some of her experiences in these leadership roles.
Nigel is based in Calgary, Alberta, and is responsible for introducing the cooperative's latest initiatives, such as OCLC WorldShare, to libraries throughout Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and the Territories. Nigel has worked in libraries in Great Britain and Canada, and has also served as CASLIS President and as a member of the CLA Executive Council.
