Qu'est-ce qu'un fil RSS?

Un fil RSS (Really Simple Syndication) est un format XML permettant d'envoyer des informations depuis un site Web vers des bureaux. Une application dédiée à la lecture des actualités accède aux fils RSS sélectionnés afin que vous puissiez consulter vos sources d'informations favorites. De nombreux lecteurs sont disponibles, sous la forme de logiciels gratuits, partagés ou fonctionnant à l'aide d'un navigateur.

Comment ajouter un fil?

Si vous disposez déjà d'un lecteur RSS, choisissez un fil en cliquant avec le bouton droit sur l'icône XML, puis sélectionnez « Copier le raccourci » (Internet Explorer) ou « Copier l'adresse du lien » (Firefox), puis coller l'adresse du fil dans le champ URL/d'adresse RSS de votre lecteur. Vous pouvez aussi cliquer sur l'icône XML et la faire glisser dans le champ URL/d'adresse RSS. Il se peut que vous deviez cliquez sur un lien d'abonnement pour terminer le processus d'inscription.
