The following library materials vendors currently participate in WorldCat Selection:
- Aux Amateurs de Livres International
Provides bibliographic services for libraries through Approval Plans, a New Titles Notification Program, a Website Database, and MARC21 Services which include Full Cataloging Records (FCR) or MINimal-level Acquisitions Records (MINAR) with embedded order/invoicing data. Aux Amateurs supplies both French and English language titles published in France and French titles published in Francophone countries (Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, Africa and the Caribbean).
- Blackwell Book Service
Blackwell aims to help libraries keep the costs of identifying and acquiring books and ebooks as low as possible. Their tools, services, customer relationships, and partnerships are all built to create efficient workflows for libraries in the belief that the costs of acquiring books, if inefficient, can be greater than the costs of the books themselves. Ultimately, efficient acquisition enables libraries to make available to their patrons a larger part of the universe of scholarly information that could prove useful to them. - Casalini Libri
While maintaining their customary distribution methods of New Title Information on French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese publications (paper slips, e-mail and online at the Casalini Libri website), Casalini looks forward to making this bibliographical service also available through WorldCat Selection.
- China National Publishing Industry Trading Corporation
Founded in October 1980, the China National Publishing Industry Trading Corporation (CNPITC), a member of China Publishing Group, is one of China’s largest foreign trade enterprises in the national press and publishing industry. Its business covers the import and export of books, periodicals, newspapers, audio-visuals, electronic publications, and cultural products, among other things and is a leading supplier of Chinese publications to libraries worldwide. With main offices in Beijing, CNPITC also has branches in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
- Coutts Information Services
Provides book supply, collection management and shelf-ready services to libraries throughout the world. Coutts offers approval and new title notification plans based on customized library profiles, as well as firm and standing orders. Coutts is a global partner able to help libraries with the transition from print to electronic content, offering the MyiLibrary aggregated eBook platform, and integrated workflow processes. With offices in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, Coutts serves libraries around the world.
- Harrassowitz
This full range library service agency, located in Wiesbaden/Germany, specializes in the distribution of scholarly books, periodicals, e-products, and music scores to academic and research libraries. A variety of technical services and workflow solutions are included in the overall library service.
- Jean Touzot Librairie Internationale
As a worldwide French bookseller and subscription agent for over 50 years, Touzot offers new title notifications, approval plans and a wide range of acquisitions services to libraries. Their services include online selection and ordering, EDI transfer, MARC record delivery, and e-notifications for new titles published in France and other francophone countries. All book receipts, cataloging and online databases are based on professional review of materials at Touzot’s Paris bookshops.
- Leila Books
Located in Cairo, Egypt, Leila Books was established in 1960 as a bookseller and subscription agent. They specialize in serving academic and research libraries and scholars for orders from Egypt and the entire Arab world (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Sudan, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Yemen). Firm orders, approval plans according to profile, and standing orders are all supported by Leila Books.
- Library of Congress
Distribute notification records for newly cataloged books, scores, and sound recordings from the Library of Congress as an awareness tool to selectors. Book records are distributed daily, and score and sound recording records are distributed weekly.

- China Educational Publications Import and Export Corp
China Educational Publications Import and Export Corp (CEPIEC) is a state-owned enterprise serving Chinese academic libraries. CEPIEC imports foreign newspapers, print journals, Ejournals, Ebooks, CDs, databases and microform materials; provides Chinese books to more than 300 academic libraries with government funding, including acquisitions services, MARC records, and physical processing; and partners with more than 600 publishers and books vendors worldwide to import books, textbooks, government publications, conference proceedings and microfilms. CEPIEC also exports Chinese books, journals, audio-visual, microform and digital materials to libraries throughout the world.
- East View Information Services
East View Information Services, founded in 1989, is headquartered in Minneapolis, USA, with major offices in Russia and Ukraine. With over 150 employees worldwide East View has developed a reliable and extensive acquisition network and is a leader in providing high-quality information resources from the countries of the former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, Asia and Middle East to libraries around the world.
- Erasmus Boekhandel BV
Based in Amsterdam, Erasmus provides a wide range of library oriented services to academic and research libraries throughout the world. These include a New Title Service, Approval Plans, EDI, MARC records and a specialized Standing Order Department. Technical services are tailored according to the needs of each library.
- Iberbook Sánchez-Cuesta, S.A.
Provides complete service for library materials from Spain and Portugal and monographic services for selected books from Latin America. Located in Madrid, Spain, Iberbook Sánchez-Cuesta offers new title announcements and approval plans in all subject areas.
- Librairie Erasmus
Located in the center of Paris, Librairie Erasmus supplies books and journals from France and French-speaking Switzerland to academic and research libraries throughout the world. Bibliographic information for new and forthcoming scholarly publications is provided through the New Titles Service. Additional services include Approval Plans, EDI, Standing Orders and MARC records.
- Lindsay & Croft
Lindsay & Croft, founded in 1988 as Lindsay & Howes, is located in Oxfordshire county in southeast England, approximately 65 miles north of London. Part of the YBP group since 1998, Lindsay & Croft is one of the best-resourced providers of both English and non-English books sourced from the UK and Continental Europe and delivered to academic and research institutions around the world. In 2005, Lindsay & Howes joined forces with Croft House and was renamed Lindsay & Croft.
- Puvill Libros
Headquartered in Barcelona and with offices in Mexico, Portugal, France and the United States, PUVILL LIBROS supplies books published and distributed in Spain, Mexico, Portugal, Andorra and Latin America. Their services include monographic orders, subscriptions, standing orders, approval plans, USMARC records, new title services, book processing services, and EDIFACT ordering and invoicing.
- YBP Library Services
YBP Library Services, founded in 1971, provides books and supporting collection management and technical services to academic, research and special libraries around the world. Acquired by Baker & Taylor in 1999, YBP has over 300 employees and supports a growing database of over 3 million titles. YBP's headquarters are located in Contoocook, New Hampshire, a village 70 miles north of Boston.
