Interfaces to suit your users

The FirstSearch interface currently supports seven languages:

• Chinese (traditional)
• Chinese (simplified)
• French
• Japanese
• Korean
• Spanish

WorldCat displays records in hundreds of languages. In addition, it's possible to display WorldCat records cataloged using the Japanese, Chinese, Arabic and Korean character sets.

Translation options

If your users find a full-text article via Web access that is not in their preferred language, FirstSearch provides translation options. A Translate button connects them to the Select Translation Service if your library maintains an account with the service.
