What's New with Dewey Services in Connexion

The following enhancement is scheduled to take place in Dewey Services August 24, 2003:

Retain Quick Search/Browse Now Available

The retain search/browse feature is now available through WebDewey's Quick Search/Browse function. The buttons have also been changed to correspond to the Quick Search or Quick Browse function (The retain search/browse feature was introduced to the main Search/Browse pages June 2003.)

Retain Search/Browse

The retain search feature was implemented to the main Search and Browse screens June 2003. When you enter a search from the main Search screen that yields no results, you may 'refine' the highlighted term at the main Search screen. After August 24, 2003, you can also retain search/browse from the Quick Search/Browse screen. (Your last Quick Search OR last Quick Browse will be retained, not both.) Similarly, now when you enter a search from the Quick Search screen that yields no results, you may 'refine' the highlighted term at the Quick Search screen.
