Here your users can submit Interlibrary Loan (ILL) requests to your library for materials located through FirstSearch databases. You control which databases link to ILL and whether requests are first reviewed by library staff or are sent directly to participating libraries that hold the item, a list of which can be reached via the Libraries icon here and on the Detailed Record page.
