Julie Presas
General Counsel and Vice President of Legal, Secretary
Julie Presas became General Counsel and Vice President of Legal in March, 2014. Julie oversees the corporate legal function at OCLC including the provisioning of legal support throughout the global organization. As Secretary for the corporation she also serves as advisor to company officers and trustees on matters of legal significance. Julie previously served as Assistant General Counsel at OCLC.
Prior to joining OCLC, she was General Counsel for Fiber Network Solutions, Inc., a tier one network provider for businesses in the Midwest region of the U.S.
Julie serves on the board of Besa Community, a non-profit organization dedicated to expanding community service in Columbus. She also provides pro-bono services through the Columbus Legal Aid Society Adult Shelter Assistance Project.
Julie received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law.
