Eric Forte
Eric Forte, Member Services Consultant, joined OCLC in October 2010. Most recently, Eric was Associate Dean for Library Services at Boise State University, managing public services and IT and coordinating assessment activities. Eric previously served as Economics Librarian, Reference Services Coordinator, and Head of Access Services at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Eric's writings include Fundamentals of Government Information: Mining, Finding, Evaluating, and Using Government Resources (Neal-Schuman, 2011) and The Basic Business Library: Core Resources and Services (ABC-CLIO, 2011). Eric holds an MLIS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and his undergraduate degree is from the University of Texas at Austin.
