Simplify your billing with Fee Management
Save both time and money: Use the Fee Management feature of WorldCat Resource Sharing to you reconcile resource sharing charges and payments through your monthly OCLC invoice. You'll eliminate invoices and check writing for individual transcations, and on average save more than $45 (U.S.) on each request.
How it works
Just click the IFM checkbox and enter your MAXCOST on the WorldCat Resource Sharing workform and you're using Fee Management. Your monthly OCLC invoice will include additional line items:
- IFM Library to Library Borrowing Debit
Charges your library incurred for borrowing items - IFM Library to Library Lending Credit
Credits your library receives for supplying items
Review your detailed report on OCLC Usage Statistics. Two reports (borrower and lender) provide a request-by-request breakdown of Fee Management library-to-library debits and credits. The report is arranged alphabetically by institution.
