Monitor your digital content's ongoing health

Our systems regularly inspect your files to ensure that what you sent us is what you'll get back in the future. On the day your content arrives, our systems perform quality checks and record the results in a "health record" for each file. Our automated systems revisit these quality checks periodically so you receive up to date reports on the health of your collection.

Save time with simple, straightforward workflows

For users of CONTENTdm (either hosted or stand-alone), Digital Archive integrates with collection-building workflows. Master files are secured for ingest to Digital Archive using the CONTENTdm® Project Client, the Connexion digital import capability and the OCLC Web Harvesting™ service. For users of other content management systems, Digital Archive provides a low-overhead mechanism for safely storing master files.

"We have been relying on OCLC's Digital Archive since March 2009 to ensure the preservation of all the digital master files for our library's Creating Your Community project. It helps free up storage space on our library's local drives, and the reports we receive help us to keep track of our archival files."
