Interface choices
There are two ways to access the power of Connexion—a Web browser-based interface, and a Windows desktop application. Which interface you use depends on the unique needs of your library and cataloging staff. You can use both if required; consistency in presentation ensures that users can move back and forth between the interfaces with a minimum of effort.
Choose the Connexion browser if you want a browser-based interface that requires no special software to install and is available from any Internet-enabled PC.
Choose the Connexion client if you want a Windows-based interface. You must download and install the Connexion client software.
A detailed comparison chart is available to help you compare functionality in both interfaces, point by point.
