OCLC does not subsidise accommodation costs for those attending, but a preferential rate has been negotiated on rooms at two of the hotels listed below.  As it will be the middle of summer and therefore the high season for hotels, we have not been able to secure preferential rates at a range of hotels as we have managed to do in previous years. However we can direct you to the additional hotels listed below that are in close proximity to the CTICC and offer a range of budget options. Please note that this is not an endorsement or recommendation from OCLC for these hotels.

We advise that you book at the earliest opportunity to not only secure as low a room rate as possible, but also as EMEARC will be taking place during the peak  summer season, hotels will get booked up well in advance.

You will be liable for any cancellation charges, local tourist tax (charged per person per night) and please note that internet/broadband is payable in many hotels, you are advised to check the costs prior to using any services. Also check that the quoted room rate includes breakfast.

We would like to advise our members to book a hotel near to the CTICC venue, as all of the OCLC transportation to the conference dinner and enrichment visits will be leaving from this area.
