Save time and keep links accurate

The WorldCat® knowledge base sets holdings in WorldCat and powers License Manager's linking functionality. Once your library's local holdings data is present within the WorldCat knowledge base, that information automatically updates appropriate records in WorldCat.

WorldShare License Manager is a vendor-neutral service that interoperates across library management systems, allowing for KBART-formatted exports of a profiled knowledge base for integration with other library management systems. It also includes industry-standard, compliant terms of use to allow libraries the ability to compare and share license agreements.

Streamline workflows

WorldShare License Manager allows you to prepare licenses using "crowd-sourced" templates or to clone them from previous local work. This takes advantage of the greater knowledge of WorldShare libraries and simplifies your ERM workflows.
