Course description
This workshop highlights the unique perspective of middle leaders in the context of transforming library systems. Participants engage in self-assessment, creative activity, and small-and-large group discussions with an emphasis on self awareness, a systems view of leadership and transformation, working effectively with others, and creative thinking. Real-time organizational issues become discussion threads, with participants analyzing and solving problems, articulating personal goals, and learning from peers and colleagues who are similarly situated.
