ALA’s Booklist Online and Baker & Taylor collaborate on unique collection development tool

Ordering selected materials is now easier for libraries due to a partnership between Booklist Online and Title Source™ 3 from Baker & Taylor. Booklist Online is a powerful collection development tool offering more than 120,000 recommended-only reviews of adult, youth, media, and reference titles, with more than 8,000 new reviews added each year. Title Source 3 is Baker & Taylor’s comprehensive online collection development tool that offers users customizable title selection features and efficient ordering capabilities.

As a result of their collaboration, a "one-click" transfer of selected titles from Booklist Online to Title Source 3 is now possible, without ever having to navigate out of Booklist Online. This provides libraries with an exciting new method of purchasing key titles and provides a level of efficiency never before available.
