I seem to remember the record for 338.47 used to have a link to "Standard and Special Subdivisions;" now that link is gone. What happened?

Broadly speaking, what happened is the improved hierarchies project was implemented in Dewey Services in August 2004. Specifically, one resulting effect of the project is that the downward hierarchy in 338.47 changed from a single link pointing to "Standard and Special Subdivisions" (which then routed to the Browse view) to a downward hierarchy that now points to two records: 338.470001-338.470009 Standard subdivisions for services and 338.47001-338.47999 Subdivisions for products and services.
