College catalogs go in 378.4-378.9. To 378, you add the area notation for the college, e.g., a catalog for the University of Auckland's Tamaki campus (located in a suburb of Auckland) goes in 378.932, where 932 is the area notation from Table 2 for Auckland Region, New Zealand.
