I have a question about the instructions under 324.23094-324.23099 [Programs and ideologies] Treatment in modern world:
Do not use for party programs and ideologies in specific countries and localities; class in 324.24-324.29, plus notation 013 from table under 324.24-324.29.
 
Can I use 324.244075 plus 013 from the add table at 324.24-324.29 to represent French Communist Party programs and ideologies? Can I use the add table twice? Or do I have to choose only one of the facets?

Unless an add instruction or add table instructs to add twice when building a number, you can only add notation from that table once.

To select between 013 (Programs and ideologies) and 075 (Communist parties) in the add table at 324.24-324.29, see the instruction at 01 in that add table: "Class general topics of specific parties in 02-08."  This means you prefer 075 over 013.

Therefore, the number for French Communist Party programs and ideologies is 324.244075.
