WorldCat API workshop in Boston tomorrow

The Simmons Graduate School of Library and Information Science (GSLIS) Tech Lab in Boston, MA, USA is offering a free one-hour workshop on the various WorldCat APIs tomorrow, April 9, 2010 from 1-2 pm EDT. Here is more information about the free one-hour workshop from the Event Brite listing:

What is an API? How can I use the WorldCat APIs to make cool stuff for my library web site? Come to this workshop to see how libraries are using access to WorldCat data to enrich their patrons' experiences. Note: no programming experience is required, but we may stray into technical topics. Please note that all GSLIS students, staff, faculty, and alumni are welcome. If you have any questions, please email the workshop series staff at workser@simmons.edu.
