Here are the forms to use in ordering and using FirstSearch.

Ordering

• FirstSearch Individual Institution Order Form (PDF)

  For ordering for an individual library, print and complete this form to place either a new order or a renewal. Contact your regional service provider for suggestions on databases, pricing considerations and to finalize your order. See also the completed example of this form.

• Bibliographic Records for ECO Order (PDF)

  For specifying the bibliographic records to be furnished as a part of your Electronic Collections Online order.

Using

• Internet List Subscription Request

  For signing up for either of the two FirstSearch listservs: FIRSTSEARCH-L for announcements of new features and database changes and Z39.50-L for announcements related to Z39.50 access.

• Contact Us

  For asking questions, getting more information, making suggestions or reporting problems.

• Return form

  For returning unused FirstSearch cards and card authorizations.
