Contact information for an archive
You may contact an archive:
- To arrange a visit so you can examine materials
- Or, to order copies of materials if copies are available
To view contact information for an archive, do the following from the ArchiveGrid detailed record that describes the materials:
- Under Find a copy in the library > WorldCat > Worldwide libraries own this item, view the list of libraries and archives.
Note: If a + (plus) button appears in front of the Worldwide libraries own this item link, click the button or the link to view the list.

- If only one library or archive is listed, it holds the materials. Go to step 3.

If more than one library or archive is listed, click Just this edition located above the list.

The list redisplays to show only the library or archive that holds the materials.
- Click Library info located on the right side of the listing.

A page about the library or archive appears. It contains information and links to other resources such as a website or other library information. Contact information is usually available on the page or in the linked resources.

- Click Return to Detailed Record at the top of the page when you have the information that you need.
