Flexible hours

Available to staff in most positions so they may arrive at work anytime between 7-9 a.m. and leave between 4-6 p.m. (assuming a one hour lunch break).

Access to technology

OCLC regularly upgrades PCs for all employees, enabling them to utilize the latest advances in technology complete with the latest MS Office software and Internet access.

Recycling programs

Company-wide paper and aluminum recycling efforts help keep paper costs low while doing our part to help save the environment.

We also actively support the American Red Cross by hosting at least four bloodmobiles each year. In addition, we give to over 20 companies that make significant cultural contributions to the Greater Columbus Metropolitan Area through our Matching Gifts program.

Resources and assistance-everything you'd expect from a professionally staffed corporate library. Available 24 hours a day, it offers a rich selection of books, periodicals and software, plus reference services, online searching, CD-ROM databases, electronic information industry intelligence reports and more. The Information Center also supports the corporate intranet, which delivers information directly to your desktop.
