Nonmembers: If you are not an OCLC member institution and you are not currently being billed through an OCLC Billing Partner, please check the box "Bill directly to institution" and provide a purchase order number or credit card information. You will be billed the full amount contracted for as soon as your authorization is activated. Terms net 30, 1% late fee per month on all direct billing.

Sales Tax Information: If subscriber claims exemption from applicable state and local sales/use taxes or VAT (Value-Added Tax), please send your VAT exemption number or a copy of your certificate for OCLC files. If subscriber is to be billed for the Terminologies service through an OCLC regional service provider, please send a copy to the regional service provider for their files. Subscriber will be invoiced for sales/use taxes unless a valid exemption certificate has been furnished.
