Individual analysis

  1. Click this link.
  2. Log in using 200002480 for the Authorization and acastaff for the Password.
  3. Click the Collection Analysis tab.

You'll see the individual library analysis, showing a subject analysis of the library's holdings by date. The left-most column shows the subject areas or "Divisions."

  • To drill down through the subject hierarchy, click one of the subjects listed in the Divisions column.
  • To see bibliographic information for the titles, click the hot-linked quantities in the individual cells.
  • To view results in the form of a graph, click the graph icons located on the far left of the screen.
  • To limit or expand the analysis, click the Limit Analysis tab.
  • For another view of the information, click the Change Analysis tab to select columns and display order for the rows in your analysis table.

Individual analysis with Circulation Analysis

  1. Click this link.
  2. Log in using 100308921 for the Authorization and colstaff for the Password.
  3. Click the Collection Analysis tab.

You'll see the Circulation Analysis results and the tabls labeled Circulation Date, Circulation Frequency, and Circulation Ratio.

  • Click the Circulation date tabl to see Circulation Data by Checkout Date .
  • Click the Circulation Frequency tab to see Circulation Data by Checkout Frequency .
  • Click the Circulation Ratio tab to see information including total titles circulated, percentage of titles circulated, title not circulated, total checkouts, and average checkouts per title circulated.

Public library individual analysis

  1. Click this link.
  2. Log in using 200002456 for the Authorization and pubstaff for the Password.
  3. Click the Collection Analysis tab.

  3. Click the Collection Analysis tab.

You'll see the group analysis. The left-most column shows the institutions in the group.

  • To view the individual library analysis, click a library name.
  • To view overlaps and unique holdings by institution, click the Overlap and Uniqueness tabs.
  • To see bibliographic information for the titles, click the hot-linked quantities in the individual cells.
  • To view results in the form of a graph, click the graph icons located on the far left of the screen.
  • To limit or expand the analysis, click the Limit Analysis tab.
  • For another view of the information, click the Change Analysis tab to select columns and display order for the rows in your analysis
