I have an item in hand about basketball arenas, but I can't find a Dewey number for it. The closest I have gotten is 725.827, but the caption for that number is "Buildings for outdoor performances and outdoor sports."

You arrived at the correct Dewey number for the work. We have recently edited the wording of the caption for 725.827 to read "Buildings for athletic and outdoor sports and games."
