If you are ready to place an order, please complete the appropriate forms.

• For standard orders, please complete a Batchload Order form.
• For WorldCat Local and WorldCat Local "quick start" orders, please complete the WorldCat Local Batchload Order form in the OCLC Online Service Center (OSC) instead, if your order meets required criteria.

• For LHR Updating projects, please complete a Local Holdings Record Updating order form.
• If beginning a group project, you must also complete a Translation Table Request form.
• If you plan to submit your files electronically and do not already have an OCLC Electronic Data Exchange (EDX) account, please complete an EDX Assessment
• To place orders for Bibliographic Record Snapshots held in OCLC archive data sets for your institution, or issue Out-of-Warranty requests for a single or for multiple member institutions, use the Bibliographic Record Snapshot Request.
