eAudiobook Subscription Program

NetLibrary, in partnership with leading audio publishers, offers an eAudiobook subscription program that brings the latest best-sellers, book club favorites, and award-winning authors to your library. This program allows libraries to subscribe to a growing collection of unabridged eAudiobooks for an annual fee with additional titles added at no additional cost. The annual subscription fee is based on library type and circulation or population served. Titles are delivered to users on an unlimited simultaneous access model. Available collections include:

  • Blackstone Audio Collection
    Growing collection of more than 1,800 unabridged titles featuring contemporary and classic fiction, mysteries, movie tie-ins, science fiction, children's literature, the latest best-sellers, plus award-winning titles.
  • Recorded Books Premium Subscription Collections
    With three premium collections to choose from, you'll find something for every library and every library budget. Collections include children's & young adult titles; the latest adult best-sellers and book club favorites; and a growing selection of titles for academic libraries. Recorded Books collections also feature hundreds of new MP3 titles that play on iPods, iPhones and many other portable devices.
  • New: Tantor Media Subscription Collections
    Our newest collection of more than 750 unabridged eAudiobook titles. Collection features a broad range of contemporary fiction, history, classics, biographies and popular non-fiction titles, including more than 200 MP3 titles for iPod. 

Library users can search for, preview, download and listen to eAudiobooks through the NetLibrary platform, or download titles directly to the NetLibrary Media Center. Users can also transfer titles to a wide range of supported portable devices, including portable music players and portable media centers from Apple, Creative Labs, Samsung, Sony and more.
