Open WorldCat Holdings display using Google Maps

The screen below is a trial system showing WorldCat holdings on a Google Map. It uses the normal holdings list created by the Open WorldCat display and shows the first 25 on the map, zoomed to show the complete 25. Clicking any link on the left expands the push-pin on the map to show more information. While this page shows just basic address information, the expanded push-pin could show any level of detail about the item, the formats held, cover-art, institution branding images, etc. While currently not accessible beyond our internal test environments, we plan to expose this soon to gain feedback on how best to use mapping tools in Open WorldCat.
